Custom Metal Fabrication
Every project is built in our shop with clean welds, strong materials, and precise fitment. Pricing depends on size, materials, and complexity.
Shop Rate: $85–$125 per hour depending on the type of fabrication work.
Typical fabrication projects range from $150–$1,200, including:
- Small brackets & mounts: $150–$350
- Window guards & security frames: $250–$650
- Metal awnings & shade structures: $350–$900
- Trailer, RV, and tiny‑house upgrades: $300–$1,200
- Heavy‑duty steel builds or custom structures: $600–$1,800+
All fabrication is done in‑house through Next WheelHouse, with no CSLB limits on shop work.
Installation Labor (Builders WheelHouse)
Most home installs stay within the legal CSLB limit:
- $300–$500 for typical mounting or attachment
- Multi‑point or complex installs may require subcontracting or delivery‑only service
This keeps you fully compliant while still offering premium service.
Delivery & Travel
Delivery is separate from labor and does not count toward the $500 limit.
- Lake County: $50–$100
- Central California: $150–$250
- Long‑distance or large builds: $300+
